Hi kholdude.

You cannot increase your free download quota.

It is set at 5 per 24 hours. You may only download 5 items for no credits in 24 hours. Therefore, in time, it will return back to 5.

Once you reach your quota for the day, then anything you download afterwards will require Credits. Credits can be obtained through contributing to the community in many ways such as making useful comments on gallery items and forums.

As for submissions, walls, doujinshis and vectors can only be submitted if they are your own work. Scans may be submitted from making your own scans, but you can also find some on the net. Just make sure they are not from sites that we do not allow them from (find the list in the Support section)

Wallpapers aren't like scans in Minitokyo. They must be your own work, regardless of whether or not you give the original source.
